Having a photographer with you all day is something you’ve probably never done before but I’m here to make the experience feel effortless, fun and natural. So many of my couples anticipate feeling a bit uncomfortable in front of the camera but later tell me that they barely noticed me shooting and that I felt like another friend at their wedding.

On the day we’ll find a moment to take some beautiful portraits of you both, whizz through any group photos (so you can get back to celebrating!) and document the details but the main goal is always to document the real, meaningful moments and tell the story of your day.

Nothing staged, nothing corny — just genuine moments and good vibes.

WEDDING PACKAGES + COVERAGE

I keep my wedding packages simple and flexible. My standard full-day coverage begins with pre-wedding preparations a few hours before your ceremony and continues right through to the dancing - the best way to tell the complete story of your day.

I also offer hourly coverage for smaller weddings and elopements, along with more comprehensive packages that include extras such as a handcrafted album, stop-motion film, a second shooter, or bespoke coverage for destination weddings.

Full-day packages include professionally edited, print resolution images delivered in a private online gallery where you can view, share, and download your photos, with all UK travel included.

HOW DO YOU WORK?
I work in a very unobtrusive and candid way.. I capture the majority of the day from the side lines and catch moments as they unfold. I like to know about you both, what makes you tick, and to take photographs that reflect you both and your personalities. At some point we'll do some formal shots, and we'll go for a wander for a few photographs of you both.. I love the little details that you've put together to make the day look wonderful, but I mainly love capturing people letting go, relaxing and enjoying themselves.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
I live in a small town in North Yorkshire but cover the entire UK and beyond. I love shooting weddings in new places, across the country and worldwide; I enjoy travelling for work every year and love that my job takes me everywhere. Travel expenses are included within the UK.

DO YOU DO DESTINATION WEDDINGS?
I do! I’ve been lucky enough to travel all over the world shooting weddings over the years. Pricing for destination weddings is bespoke and it will always include two nights basic accommodation and flights/travel. Get in touch for more details.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN DOING THIS?
I started my business in 2010 and built it up before going full time in 2013. I never expected that I’d work in weddings in the early days (such a big responsibility!), but once I was swept along in the joy and excitement of my first few I was completely hooked and now I can’t imagine doing anything else.

WE ARE REALLY CAMERA SHY..
Don’t worry! So many of my couples say the same. I’m frequently told that I’m very good at making people comfortable and feel at ease while I’m working. I won't be asking you to pose for hours on end, I generally look for natural moments over staged ones. What I will do at one point in the day is take you to a few spots for some artistic portraits and gently direct you to get the most out of this time so you get some beautiful shots of yourselves.. mainly I'm looking for the relationship between you both rather than anything overly stylised.

WHAT DOES A ‘FULL DAY’ COVER?
Typically I’ll get to you around two hours before your ceremony and straight through until the evening reception. This covers getting ready shots, ceremony, any group photos, couple portraits, any speeches and the first dance/a bit of your evening reception. I love to shoot the dance floor and get those high energy shots so I always stay for a few songs after your first dance too.

HOW DO WE KNOW IF YOU’RE A GOOD FIT FOR OUR WEDDING?
My work is about people, storytelling and celebration. I work in a relaxed way - most people say I feel like a friend on the day rather than someone you've employed. If you're looking for someone to blend in and keep your guests feeling at ease whilst working in a candid and creative way to document the day then you're in the right place.
