2017 was another busy, exciting and special year for so many reasons.. My work has taken me all over the UK and abroad, I've met and worked with truly wonderful couples, laughed and cried through speeches and unscripted moments, tried to push myself creatively more than ever, charged and packed my kit, shot, then charged and packed again (ad infinitum), and really tried to push and bring myself and my own approach to my work more than ever before..Read More
Joanna and Neil's day was my first New Year's Eve wedding - and what a wedding it was..
They had a cool Great Gatsby-inspired celebration at private club On The 7th at Salford Quays. I loved their media city wedding because the elegance of their styling met the slightly industrial look of the venue which was all contrasted again by the fabulous and modern Media City backdrop.
Leigh and Lauren married and celebrated in East Hendred in Oxfordshire, with their two beautiful boys, Max and Ronnie, there too. I love a wedding where the couple have already started their family - it brings a lovely extra special something to the day. They had a DIYed and bea-u-tiful village hall wedding reception at Snells Hall and the whole day was a perfect celebration of these two and family too. Here are a few previews from their day...Read More
I've known Jen for years from wedding supplier circles - she and her family run Butterflies Florists in Middlesbrough. When she enquired about hers and Neil's The Morritt at Greta Bridge wedding I was so excited - I knew it would be amazing, fun and full of beautiful blooms and it definitely didn't disappoint.. It was so much fun to put their Morris Hotel wedding video and photography together for them. Elvis himself even showed up later on too.. Pictures to follow but here is their stop motion wedding video for now - switch on the HD and have a watch!Read More
A Whinstone View wedding is always *even* more special when there are three of you celebrating - is becomes a full family celebration when there is a little one watching parents tie the knot too. Sophie and Chris married with little Nolah as a flower girl - a beautiful Whinstone View wedding near Great Ayton, North Yorkshire. I love a North Yorkshire/Teesside barn wedding! The sun shone, vows were said, tears were shed, drinks were had, games were played and shapes were thrown. Here are their preview pictures from their perfect Summer Wray's Barn at Whinstone View wedding..Read More
