Full disclosure.. I’ve known Lou since Year 7 when we were in the same form group and we’ve been close friends ever since. It’s a wonderfully bizarre thing to go through so much ‘growing up’ together, through early teenage years, the messy ‘going out out’ years, uni, beyond.. it’s been so special to watch her get married, have her first baby Massimo, and then bring his little brother, Elio, into the world too. The magic of everyday life. That’s what it’s all about.Read More
What a little dream April is.. I popped round Kris and Carina’s house to capture them as a new family of three (and also to steal a little cuddle with 2.5-week old April). Here are a few previews from their shoot at home.. Congratulations again you three!

You may remember than I ran a little competition a while ago to win a family shoot - well here it is! Hollie and Davide won, and I joined them both with beautiful Darcie for a family photography session up at their home in scenic County Durham.
Better late than never! (Oh god, *how* is it June, already?) This year has started flying by at a crazy speed, January and February shuffled by, and suddenly we're approaching the half way point! Here is what's been going on in March, April and May 'Behind the Curtain'..Read More
I met up with this wonderful (and very colourful!) family for some relaxed family photographs at Preston Park in Teesside, not far from where I'm based. We wandered around, with Martha showing me good trails to explore and Milo being as cute as a button, and found some spots for some relaxed family photographs along the way.Read More
